Dad didn't have a Will or several other documents
we needed to be able to act on his benefit.
It took many excruciating hours of convincing, threatening and conniving for getting everything done I was required to do just because THAT I didn't have five straightforward, yet crucial documents in my hand - because dad hadn't gotten around for you to executing them.
